Chef/Owner Julio Opazo

Chef Julio, originally from the Blue Ridge area of Virginia trained and worked in Boston, MA and Outer D.C for the majority of his career. Having Chilean roots deeply influences Chef Julio’s cooking style, incorporating traditional flavors and techniques that result in unique and dynamic dishes. Chef Julio has been working in the Hospitality industry for over 16 years, the last 3 he has devoted to being a personal chef serving the Richmond, Williamsburg, and Charlottesville areas.

Lead Service Coordinator Savannah Hazelwood

Savannah, also from the Blue Ridge area of Virginia, attended Virginia Tech, and after college made her way to Savannah, Georgia. There she started working as a bartender and server, and so began her love for the food and beverage industry. After a year, Savannah moved to Oakland, California where she worked at one of the longest standing restaurants and event venues in Oakland as an Events Coordinator. She now lives in Richmond and has spent the last 8 years furthering her knowledge and passion for the food and beverage industry.
